    BBQ Beans
    1 med onion diced
1 red or green sweet pepper diced
    2 lg tomatoes diced
3 15 oz cans of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 TBS molasses or maple syrup
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce (winking at Lynne) LOL
1-2 TBS of ex v olive oil
In large pan, saute' the onion and pepper in the olive oil. Once tender, add tomatoes, beans, sauce, undrained pineapple, molasses and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Keep covered for 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer another 10 minutes or until the desired consistency.
