Spam Confetti Pasta

I have not tried this, but it sounded soo yummy to me. Not sure if we count spam as meat hehe. But even chopped chicken or ham would be good I think in this. Let me know if you try it before I do!

Ingredient -- -
2 c Frozen corn, thawed
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in -2" strips (12 oz)
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c Chopped red onion
1 1/2 c Whipping cream
2 tb Chili powder
1/4 t Pepper
12 oz Angel hair pasta, cooked -and drained
2 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 c Minced fresh cilantro

Preparation Method --------

In skillet coated with cooking spray, saute corn, SPAM, bell peppers, and onion over medium heat 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer mixture to bowl; keep warm. To same skillet, add cream, chili powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes or until cream has slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Pour over pasta and toss well. Spoon SPAM mixture over pasta. To serve, sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
