Summer can play havoc with your skin and make-up. Here are 10 tips to help you beat the heat and keep you looking great.

The most important thing of all is to protect your skin from the sun so it doesn't get burnt or dried out. Use a moisturiser with a high SPF factor, at least 15. Give your skin time to absorb the cream before applying your foundation. Try something like Ultrasun Face High SPF 30.

Summer sun can make your make melt and crease. Offset this by using a primer for your foundation, it will make your make-up look fresher for longer. I've used this one - Rimmel Fix & Perfect foundation primer Colour: 001 Apricot - and I really like it.
